Information is collected via our ordering page on the Stripe Payments platform for the purpose of processing orders and returns. (Email address, physical address details and phone numbers). 

3. Payments

Payment Information is entered on the Stripe Payments platform, which is provided via a link to this website. Stripe encrypts all customers' credit card numbers and stores decryption information separately. The company also mandates that all online transactions take place over the more secure HTTPS network. 4. Data Retention

Payment data is stored as per the Stripe Privacy Centre Policies. Emails to the artist/admin via this website are stored in Google mail and are securely encrypted. Emails are permanently deleted after 30 days (after deletion from email folders). Emails will be held for the minimum period to comply with GDPR (6 years). All users of the site have the right to request what personal information is held at seateddeeply@gmail.com. All GDPR laws and rights apply. 5. Marketing

Where marketing campaigns are used, consent will be obtained by the user, and the purpose of data collection will be clarified. If the user choses to subscribe to a mailing list they will be entitled to unsubscribe at any time.
