1. Shipping

All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail tracked  delivery. The price for shipping is included in the price of products. A tracking number will be generated when the parcel is shipped and this number shall be sent to the order recipient email on the day it is dispatched. Please allow one week for delivery.

2. Returns

You have the right to return items if you are not happy with them. If you are not happy with your item, please email us at seateddeeply@gmail.com with your complaint within 7 days of receipt of the package and we will resolve the issue within one week of your complaint.  

3. Quality of Prints

Please note that colour/brightness representation of artworks may vary slightly, based on your viewing device. Our monitors and printers are calibrated to adobe RGB 1998 and have been tested on multiple devices (mobile, laptops, HDR display devices) to ensure  good repeatability of the colour and brightness.
